Q: CAN I APPLY IF I AM BLACKLISTED OR UNDER DEBT REVIEW?

A: YES, WE DO RENT TO YOU.

Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

A: NO, DELIVERY OF THE MERCHANDISE IS FREE.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MERCHANDISE AT THE END OF THE RENTAL TERM?

A: ITS YOURS.

Q: DO I NEED TO COME TO YOUR OFFICE TO RENT?

A: NO, CALL US ON 0861 KEEP IT (0861 5337 48) AND WE CAN TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS, OR DO AN ONLINE APPLICATION.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM MOVING OR CHANGE MY BANK ACCOUNT?

A: PLEASE LET US KNOW AT LEAST 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE.

Q: HOW DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?

A: IF INTERESTED, PLEASE EMAIL TO ALIDA@RENTALPLUS.CO.ZA OR FAX TO 0866468529 YOUR LAST 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS (NOT OLDER THAN 7 DAYS), LATEST PAYSLIP, A COPY OF YOUR ID AND COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM. APPROVAL TAKES LESS THAN 24 HOURS. ON APPROVAL SHALL WE EMAIL YOU THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND DEBIT ORDER AUTHORISATION FORM. WE THEN DELIVER WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS FROM WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS AND YOUR FIRST MONTH RENTAL PAYMENT REFLECTS IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Q: WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: WE ONLY ACCEPT ONE METHOD, NAMELY DIRECT DEBIT FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
